第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛取得丰硕成果，习近平主席提出支持高质量共建“一带一路”八项行动，论坛发布第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛主席声明，极大地激发了丝路青年参与共建“一带一路”的热情和积极性。11月11日上午，丝路百科杂志社、丝路国际智库交流中心举办的“赋能明天·青年创新与青年梦想”主题丝路大讲堂在北京举行。来自70多个国家的近300位丝路青年代表汇聚一堂，倾听中央党校（国家行政学院）及中外有关机构的专家和负责人围绕第三届“一带一路”国际高峰论坛成果，多方面阐释共建“一带一路”的发展机遇，讲解在共建“一带一路”中如何实现人生价值，放飞青春梦想，满怀信心迎接下一个金色十年。
The Third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum has achieved fruitful results. President Xi Jinping proposed eight actions to support the high-quality construction of the "Belt and Road." The forum released the Chairman's Statement of the Third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum, greatly inspiring the enthusiasm and initiative of Silk Road youth to participate in the construction of the "Belt and Road." On the morning of November 11th, the Silk Road Lecture Hall, themed "Empowering Tomorrow: Youth Innovation and Youth Dreams," hosted by Silk Road Encyclopedia Magazine and the Silk Road International Think Tank Exchange Center, was held in Beijing. Nearly 300 youth representatives from over 70 countries gathered to listen to experts and officials from the Central Party School of the CPC Central Committee (Chinese Academy of Governance) and relevant domestic and foreign institutions, who elaborated on the outcomes of the Third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum. They discussed various aspects of the development opportunities in jointly building the "Belt and Road," explained how to realize personal values in the process, and encouraged the pursuit of youth dreams with confidence, embracing the next golden decade.

Yang Dongping, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Silk Road International Think Tank Exchange Center and Executive President of Silk Road Encyclopedia Magazine, delivered the opening speech titled "Let's journey together towards the upcoming golden decade." He stated that in the past 10 years, international cooperation under the "Belt and Road" initiative has flourished, extending from Asia and Europe to Africa and Latin America. A large number of youth, with a global perspective and a sense of responsibility, have rooted themselves in the "Belt and Road," showcasing their talents and effectively promoting exchanges and cooperation in various fields such as economics, technology, culture, and health.
The "Belt and Road" initiative not only provides a stage for Chinese youth to contribute to the world but also establishes a platform for global youth to share opportunities and create a common future. President Xi Jinping's eight actions not only provide direction for the higher quality and level of "Belt and Road" development but also open up a broad space for the youth of our generation to contribute to history consciously and actively. The essence of youth is rooted in pursuing objectives, and only by navigating the waters where diligence converges can one's professional path steer toward the envisioned destination.
The youth holds the key to the future of the "Belt and Road," and our generation should embrace a historical awareness and initiative by channeling youthful energy into the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road." He stated that in world history, there has never been any initiative like the "Belt and Road" that could bring together the vast majority of countries in the world to cooperate for a common goal.
